Arriving At The Clinic
When you arrive at the clinic and find the entrance door locked, simply enter the code sent to you via text and wait in the reception area. Your practitioner is aware of your arrival and will attend to you promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations by phone. A 100% cancellation fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows without notification. Please note: booking an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.
Payment
Please be advised we only accept payment by card. All major cards are accepted.
Reschedule an appointment
To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at 03 9525 3031 with at least 24 hours’ notice. Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies, incurring the full fee for cancellations within this window.
